Completely agree about the status quo and established systems, it is very much evident when you look at the school systems today.

I would also agree with traditional forms of intelligence and scholastic success go hand in hand. But I think the world is gradually changing. More and more people and businesses are understanding emotional intelligence is probably the biggest indicator of life success. Increasingly our ability to collaborate, adapt, be resilient all come into question.

I suspect because they are hard to quantify and relatively new in the history of measuring intelligence not much help is available. Like you, I wish there was more focus and support in these and other areas of intelligence.
