Fascinating, Perri. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I find it comforting and eye-opening. I had read about astral projections but understood the ability to be confined to the equivalent of deeply devoted yogis or Zen masters. From the little I have read the experiences are always explained as anecdotal but then I always think just because we don't have the science or understanding to explain doesn't mean we should discount it.
