February 2024, and some would say, comparatively, it has been a mild winter, but I always find the long-drawn absence of warmth and minimal sunshine to be just as challenging.

Cold, wet and grey days slowly envelop you with despair and a consistent yearning, like fog slowly creeping in, to rob your vision of the horizon.

To move forward, you must lean into the discomfort and trust there is still a place where the sky folds into the land as you fortify your resilience.

Your job is to fight against the closing of your heart and mind.

Clarity After The Fog

I started February 2024 with a significant milestone by performing my one-person play, Do I Love Her?

The short play, set in the present day, follows Kwame, a middle-aged man and explores the traumatic cycle of domestic abuse through four stages.
