Good article Bill and great to see the breakdown and pause to think about the meaning. Both words absolutely centered on trust. What's interesting for me is that I automatically associate a degree of flexibility when thinking about a person who is reliable whereas for a person I believe to be dependable I expect near perfect reliability.
