I have not read, "The Road Less Travelled" which will help explain why it took me a long time to understand and appreciate life is hard. I think as you state embracing the hardships gives us the freedom to approach life pragmatically.

I am noting the book reference to add to my ever growing list.

Orla I admire your wisdom and forsight to protect and prepare for the pandemic. I didn't have that at the time and I remember for a long time not being able to label what I was feeling.
