Imma thank you for openly sharing an honest introspection. We tend to focus on the successes and often hide oo avoid the insights from the lessons learned.
For me I would say trusting and beleiving in myself sooner and beleiving and following my own happiness. Like you people pleasing equated to a sense of worth and validation when in reality as I know now, that is not the case.
