I love how you describe gardening as the source of renewing your spirit. I recently listened to the audio book Small Pleasures by Alain de Botton where he describes how the culture of modern society, makes us feel worried. But by learning to appreciate small pleasure in things we enjoy we can find peace and better understand ourselves.
