It’s March 2024; spring is on the doorstep, winter is noticeably releasing its grip, and a feeling of gratitude, having survived the winter months, washes over me.

Add to that the days are noticeably longer, and I have hit a significant milestone in publishing my 400th story on Medium — March looks like a month of many magnificent moments.

Anticipation hangs in the air like how electricity arcs between opposing poles, crossing the divide of what is and what is to become.

With daffodils, cherry blossoms, and renewed birdsong, everything looks fresh and clear.

Reflections on a Writing Milestone — The Creator Journey

In achieving my milestone, I remember spending time reflecting on the nature of sharing our knowledge, experiences and work.

I concluded they are a two-part generous act that requires courage to launch into the void, with no definitive way of knowing what will and how it will be received.

Of course, we may have an idea and incline from previous work and comparisons, but nothing is ever guaranteed.
